A way to heal my creepy ankle:
For a deep 10 hour sleep π΄
- Everything bagel
- Cheddar cheese
- Olive oil π’
- A shower
For the day you wake β°οΈ up:
- Kale, oranges, apples, lemon, ginger π«,Β carrots π₯ in juice
- Take with a pump of Selenium and D3/K2
- Optional: one cup of sweet coffee βοΈ
- Fried fish π with cayenne,Β black pepper,Β turmeric, ginger and soy with honey, baked in olive oil π’
- 2 tablespoons of Calcium Magnesium Citrate
- Water π§
